Ethical Dilemmas (Li Ying)

I think that bias is the most important ethical dilemmas journalists face. This happens because whenever we see or observe some things, we tend to form an opinion on the matter. Thus, the journalist will write towards his personal opinion of his observations and provides a one-sided information towards the public. Being biased may also lead the journalist into trouble such as arguments, conflicts, bad impression and may even offend someone. The journalist should write the article fairly, without any unnecessary information and without his/her feelings or opinion towards the subject matter.
